Document the conversation fields, and that unknown fields are dropped ... 162c195d10

The README said unknown payload fields are ignored so Pixelfed can add
more without a relay change. They are dropped: a new field reaches the
app only once pushPayload and pushData name it. Also documents
conversation_id, conversation_type and sender_id, why a group push has
no account_id, and corrects the stale claim that DMs deep-link to the
sender's profile.
