Play the typewriter sound for direct messages 9bfb1e0c09

Pixelfed's fork will start dispatching web push for direct messages,
which arrive with notification_type "dm". A message is someone writing
to you, so it belongs with comment, mention and reply rather than
falling through to the stock tone.

Nothing else is needed on this side: the relay already forwards any
notification_type unchanged, and the sound file is bundled in the app.
